Return Policy and Process


Digital Products:
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer returns once the eBook has been purchased and downloaded. Please ensure you review the product description thoroughly before purchasing.


Physical Products (if applicable):
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. Returns must be in their original condition.

  2. Provide a brief description and a photo of the issue.
  3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refund and Dispute Policy

Digital Products:
Refunds are not typically provided for digital products. However, if you experience issues with accessing the eBook or believe a refund is warranted, please contact us within 5 days of purchase. We review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

Disputes:
If you have a dispute regarding your purchase, please contact our customer service first. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly. If we cannot resolve the matter, further dispute resolution options will be provided.


Refund and Dispute Policy for Paperback Sales (IngramSpark)

Refund Policy:
Paperback sales are generally non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or misprinted books. If you or your customers receive a defective product (such as printing errors or damage during shipping), please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving the order:

  1. Log into your IngramSpark account.
  2. Navigate to your submitted orders and select the affected order.
  3. Click "Report an Issue" and upload photos of the damaged or defective books (combined file size should not exceed 10MB).


Dispute Process:
For disputes related to quality or fulfillment issues:

  • Contact IngramSpark support immediately with details, including order numbers, ISBNs, and descriptions of the issue.
  • If a resolution is not reached within the standard 90-day period, you can submit a late claim, though fulfillment is not guaranteed.


Note:
Defective books purchased through third-party retailers (like Amazon or Barnes & Noble) should be returned directly to the retailer, who will liaise with IngramSpark to resolve the issue.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel an order before the download link is sent to your email. Once the download link has been sent, cancellations are not possible. For physical goods, cancellations must be made within 12 hours of placing the order.


Legal or Export Restrictions

Our digital products are available for purchase globally. However, it is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations related to the purchase and use of the eBook. We do not sell or ship physical products to countries under export restrictions imposed by the United States.


Terms and Conditions of Promotions

  • Eligibility: Promotions are open to customers aged 18 and older.
  • Promotion Period: All promotions have specific start and end dates, which will be clearly stated.
  • Usage: Promotions cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless otherwise specified.
  • Limitations: One promotion per customer. Promotions are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
